Please be mindful of social distancing when entering the studio and while practicing. We will be holding classes in Studio 2, so once you enter the studio, sign in and head to a pre-marked space to set up your mat.
Please bring your own mat and props.
Please do not come to the studio if you're not feeling well, coughing, have a fever or have been exposed to Covid-19.
Please wear comfortable clothing
Bring a water bottle and Avoid eating less than an hour before yoga practice

RYT Teacher Training Coming Soon. Class hours will be Saturdays and Sundays 3-5pm some Friday and Saturday workshops will be included in training costs. Mandatory-attend class at The Yoga Path at least once a week. Tuition $1800 to be RYT certified (early discount $1400, save $400) you can also arrange to make payments.The Yoga Path is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. RYT Teacher Training-Program Information for 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course
There are no experience or knowledge prerequisites for the 200 Hour course - only a deep commitment to oneself. Students of all levels are encouraged to use this course to either begin or continue a journey of personal exploration and acceptance, and to develop or enhance yoga teaching competencies.

MEDITATION
200 Hour Teacher Training - We will use the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita to develop a greater understanding of Karma, Jnana and Bhakti Yoga. We will work with sequencing and adjustments using broad principles of anatomy to design and create powerful vinyasa yoga flows and experiences. We will use ancient yoga postures as tools to uncover our body's strengths and weaknesses - developing a keen awareness of the edges within our psychosomatic structure.
The daily yoga practices are as follows:
1- Morning Meditation
2 -Hours of morning ashtanga/vinyasa classes
3-Yoga Meals
4-Gratitude Journal Entries

- Cultivate ujjayi (ocean) breath, bandhas (energy locks), and inward focus
- Increase strength, stamina, flexibility and balance
- Establish and deepen a daily asana practice
- Receive and perform hands-on adjustments
Slow Flow YOGA
- Utilize the breath to its greatest effect
- Deepen your understanding of poses and their effects
- Begin to read the body and adapt poses appropriately
- Sequence poses to create a balanced flow
- Discover a deeper look within oneself for greater healing
- Move the spine in six directions to maintain optimal health
ANATOMY
- Learn to articulate the muscular-skeletal components of selected postures
- Deepen your knowledge of the therapeutic value of the asanas in the primary series

**During bad weather The Yoga Path classes possibly will be cancelled if Davison Schools are closed. If the roads are cleared there will be evening classes.
